These multi-level classes emphasize Hatha Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditative relaxation, to open the body and mind for a sense of wellness, release, and awareness. Our classes are for beginners to intermediate yoga, practitioners Debra Monaco and Roseann McQuade, both certified Yoga instructors with over 20 years of practice. Come experience our small classes and personal attention in our intimate, quiet setting. We promise to help you Feel Well!
