OUR POLICIES
Please alert our receptionist of any preferences/special needs at the time of booking. We ask that all new clients arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
A standard treatment is about 52 minutes hands-on. If any time is lost due to lateness, that time will not be recovered and full price will be charged.
Feel Well has a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means that any appointment that is not cancelled within a 24 hour window will be charged for.
We adhere to strict draping policies - for the entirety of any treatment, all clients are properly draped and covered. It is recommended to remove all clothing, however, it is not required.
Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable purchases. If a gift card and receipt of transaction are lost, funds may not be recovered or refunded.
