OUR POLICIES
Please alert our receptionist of any preferences/special needs at the time of booking. We ask that all new clients arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
A standard treatment is about 52 minutes hands-on; If any time is lost due to lateness, that time will not be recovered and full price will be charged.
Feel Well has a 24 hour cancellation policy; This means that any appointment that is not cancelled within a 24 hour window will be charged for.
We adhere to strict draping policies - for the entirety of any treatment, all clients are properly draped and covered. It is recommended to remove all clothing, however, it is not required.
