OUR POLICIES
New Clients
Please alert our receptionist of any preferences/special needs at the time of booking. We ask that new clients arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
Treatment Time
A standard treatment is about 52 minutes of hands-on time. If you arrive late and lose time, you will not be able to make it up, and you will be charged the full price.
Last-Minute Cancellations
Feel Well has a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means we will charge for any appointment not canceled within 24 hours.
Draping Policy
We adhere to strict draping policies - for the entirety of any treatment, all clients are properly draped and covered. We recommend removing all clothing; however, it is not required.
Gift Cards & Certificates
Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable purchases. If you lose a gift card and transaction receipt, we may not be able to recover or refund the funds.
